(referred to as Zhongyi Electric Power) Park located in Langxi Economic Development Zone, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province was released. The average power generation gain per watt of the Full-Screen module is 8.09% higher than that of Regular modules! Project Overview The project is located in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, in a mid latitude region, with a subtropical humid monsoon climate and distinct seasons. The average annual power generation is about 1020 hours (the smaller the inclination angle of the photovoltaic power station installation, the shorter the available sunpower hours), and the average annual temperature is 15.6 ° C. It belongs to the category III development area of solar energy resources, and the development value of solar energy resources is good. Project Design The 1st phase of the project is connected to the grid with a capacity of 1.04MW, using a total of 1932 photovoltaic modules, using DAH Solar Full-Screen modules(540W, 182mm/72 pieces), as well as regular modules (same 540W, 182mm/72 pieces). The inverter uses Sungrow 100kW series inverter, with a total of 9 units. The project sets up distribution cabinets according to the grid connection points, with 10kV outgoing lines. The components are laid flat on the colored steel tiles of the factory building using crossbeam guide rails, and the installation angle is 5 °. The full screen component is installed in the same way as the regular component, using fixtures to fix it and equipped with EPDM gaskets to prevent scratching the front glass of the component when installing the pressure block. The power station was integrated into the power grid on September 27, 2022. Power Generation Results In the first three quarters of 2023, the cumulative power generation of the power station was 890896.1kWh, of which the Full-Screen PV Module power generation was 512188.1kWh, and the average daily equivalent hours were 3.22h; The power generation of Regular Module is 378708kWh, and the average daily equivalent hours are 3.02h. At present, all operational indicators of the power station meet the empirical requirements. This is due to the fact that the Full-Screen PV Modules do not accumulate water or dust, resulting in better power generation performance.
